For this process, you will need to:

1) fill out the attached application and complete all

required requests 

2) provide us with official transcripts, and 

3) pay the application fee of $100.00, which includes

the fee for providing a background check.

Once received, we will proceed with the process

of endorsement. You may send all reference documents

electronically to Endorsement@AMEZion.org.  Once we receive

all information, a video conference will be set up between you and Dr. Sadler.
